I've lost 50 lbs once, gained it back plus more, and then lost 75 lbs from January 2011-May 2011 and have been slightly losing since then. I have had the struggles that everyone experiences and the only way to have success is to have a positive attitude in combination with the mental strength to make decisions that are beneficial to your goals. Once you have success, whether its 5 lbs or 50 lbs, the positive emotions you endure should drive you to keep working hard to achieve what you deserve!

    I agree 100% You have to be ready mentally. Daily affirmations help me stay motivated.

    Very true. knowing how to lose weight is easy. we all know exactly what to do. we have all the info at our very finger tips. it all depends on whether you are going to fight yourself on it or not. attitude and mood - HUGE impact
