I have tried everything to loss weight and I have found nothing that helps until now. A friend of mine has been doing this for a year now. I have started to drinking 16oz of water before meals, Drinking water before meals will help reduce the amount of food I eat. That way I feel full and only eat half of my meals. It also helps remove the unwanted fluid from my system.211

A small amount of evidence says people who drink water before meals eat fewer calories but noone has really shown that drinking excessive amounts of water will make you lose weight.
