I love Mochas but I don't like the calories or the cost! I have found a great way to make my own at home. I use a 20 oz refillable travel mug, put in 1/2 packet of the 60 cal Low Cal Swiss Miss Hot Choc Mix, fill the cup with coffee leaving enough room to add 2 T Fat Free French Vanilla Creamer. Stir, put on your lid and sip through a few skinny straws. Yum!

I cube up or cut into small pieces fresh vegetables, any that strike my fancy. Add a can of diced tomatoes, minced garlic, sliced onions, spices - Italian or Mexican spices. Add a little fatfree chicken broth. Seal in foil, 400 degrees for 45 min. or until tender. Yum! 211
