Beds made, now I can check THAT off my TO- DO LIST!
Making the bed up in the morning may sound like a silly secret, but it has made a difference in my FEELING better as to having one thing checked off the list of MY daily TO-DO list, but also I FEEL MORE ORGANIZED if I pass by one of the bedrms. and see the bed made!Plus my hubby noticed and commented on how nice it was to see the bed already made!
A variety of foods and beverages may increase sleep. Several herbal teas may encourage sleep. Chamomile promotes sleep, you should avoid eating refined foods like sugar and white breads, red meats, trans fatty acids in commercial baked goods, and fried foods. Good sleep promotes weight loss.
So keep regular sleep habits. Erratic sleep habits prevent the training of our “biological clocks.” Make every effort to go to bed and get up at the same time every day, even on weekends. The temptation to sleep in, or lounge around in bed on your day off can throw off your biological clock.
