I have found that getting up early and doing my exercises makes me feel better
Getting up early and getting my cardio in keeps me motivated throughout the day to continue to shed inches and fight cravings.
MORE INFORMATION:
I bought an elliptical in March, which has made it much easier for me to roll out of bed and get at least 30 minutes in. I am typically not a morning person.
A few weeks ago I noticed my son getting up early to exercise before school. He was doing push ups, chin ups, triceps and hanging leg lifts. I was impressed and told him so and that I need to start doing that myself. Then I heard the wonderful question "Mom, you want to get up early and work out with me?". On MWF I get up with my son to do push ups, chin ups, triceps, hanging leg lifts and free weights. It is paying off and I get to spend quality time with my son. Life is Good! 334
