This motivation speaks volumes to me! I can't tell you how many outings such as going to the pool etc I have missed over the years because of my self consciousness about being over weight! I am going to be me! Thanks for sharing!

Give yourself permission to re-define your goals! They are not set in concrete, & you are in control of your destiny. Sometimes a goal needs to become smaller and more realistic, for both short-term and long-term success.
