Greek yogurt can be subbed for many things: Mix 2 parts reg mayo w 1 part non-fat, plain Greek yogurt for tuna or chicken salad; yogurt w salsa & tortilla chips; yogurt instead of sour cream in any cold preparation. Cuts the fat & adds protein, calcium, & probiotics at the same time. ( emoticon

Of course, non-fat, plain Greek yogurt (my fav - Fage 0% - Costco quart size is the same price of the pint at my Trader Joe's) mixed w raspberries (can be frozen), stevia or agave, raw sunflower seeds, & a little healthful, high-fiber cereal is a treat any time of day or night!
