    I join this site a week ago and I was all gun ho and joined alot of teams and set alot of goals, but I think I just overwhelmed myself. So I'm going to take this advice and start small. I have a ways to go but I think if I take it slowly I won't retreat as quickly and go back to old habits.

    I really like this idea. Just starting I don't want to feel overwhelmed into crazy things I myself know I cant do. Small steps become big feats. Thanks!
