I organize my day (sometimes the whole week) hour by hour. This helps me stay on track & be sure I get my workouts in emoticon

More Information:

ie. 6-7am Morning Workout, 7-7:30am Breakfast emoticon , 7:30-8am Shower & Dress, 8:15 Leave for Work, 9am-4pm Work, 4:15-5pm Gym (Evening Workout)......... etc. Well you get the point emoticon
