I have a daily folder for ongoing projects and things I do every day, a weekly folder for things I do once a week, each item marked for their day of the week, and also a monthly folder. Every morning I review all folders and pick the "must do today" items, then the "might do". Then I do 'em!
Taking 5-10 minutes in the morning to plan the day really helps!
You need to plan ahead. Try to plan all your meals for the day by 8 am. Write it down or enter it into sparkpeople. Make sure it balances your calories, your carbs, your protein, and your fats evenly throughout the day. Then stick with that plan all day. No Juice Eat Fruit instead. Do not stray
Balancing the nutrients across all the entire day helps me to feel full and satisfied. So, by the time the evening crazies arrive - I'm not. Eating whole fruit instead of juices also keeps my sweet cravings in check. Plant foods cover 3/4 of my plate at meal and snacktimes. Keeps me full!
