If you crave cheese there's a good chance that your real hunger is for calcium and phosphorus. You might try eating more broccoli.That's high in calcium and phosphorus, and a lot lower in calories than cheese! Always pick a low sodium cheese.

    This is cool. Just a little while ago I staved off a cheese craving by heating up ... frozen broccoli!! Then I read this tip! It's amazing how the body knows what it needs. Thanks for this tip. I'll try it again. Cheese has always been my weakness and I would love to be weaned off of my cravings.

    thanks because i LOVE cheese and i eat it with everything. this should work for me cause i also like broccoli.
