Lemon - Makes Water Delicious And Helps You Keep Track

Every morning I cut a lemon into eight wedges. Each time I drink a glass of water during the day I squeeze one of the lemon wedges into the water. The lemon makes the water yummier, and when all eight wedges are gone, I know I've had my eight glasses of water for the day.

    I do the same thing. You can also throw in slices of strawberries. - by DIETER27
  • I do the same thing but with cucumber slices. I know that sounds funny but the cucumber gives the water a fresh essence. Orange slices are good too. - by MAMAGREEN316
