I love using the tracking systems on SparkPeople.com. I did this on Nutrisystems, but it's nice to do it for free now. Monitoring how many calories and your food choices, weight and exercise really helps. Try it!

  • Shellicious, I have not tried Myfitnesspal so I don't know how it differs. I agree that the food tracker here takes some work. I find that I am mostly a creature of habit, so once I do the work of inputing items and putting them in my favorites, it makes it much easier to keep track. I tend to have the same breakfast, so I have made that a group, and just add the group each morning, things like that. - by BGOFSJ
  • I am currently using Myfitnesspal and it's so much easier to track food than this site. Can someone tell me how to track what I eat? When I put something in it can't find it or it recommends another brand. I"m very annoyed with this site right now. HELP - by SHELLICIOUS
