When you get the craving for junk, and or the muchies to eat when you're not even hungry, touch, squeeze, feel, grab, and/or look at the body part(s) that you are fighting with and want to lose. In my case, I grab my belly when I get the muchies . This reminds me why I don't NEED that junk food and what i've been working so hard for. Once you touch /sqeenze that body part(s), the thought of eating that junk food will quickly go away.

  • That sounds like a great way to have a reminder of what your working for and maybe even a good way to say hey I'm eating out of boredom here.
