After groceries I immediately cut up all the veggies and divide them into small containers. I put 4 or 5 different veggies in each. I use other containers to do the same thing with fruit. When we need a snack or to take to work we grab one of each plus whatever else we need. The hubs loves having them available and I love that there are no old veggies wasting away in the fridge not being eaten.

I have always found it easier to lose weight when I make the healthy option easier than the unhealthy. Everybody wants a quick meal so they turn to drive-through and microwavable dinners/lunches. I found the easiest way for me to lose weight is prepare healthy foods once a week and put them in front of the refrigerator. Whenever I am in a hurry looking for a bite to eat, I have healthy meals and snacks faster than I would have something filled with fat!
