It has alot of vitamin C and magnesium, detoxifies your system and will boost your energy. Cabbage is an anti-inflammatory vegetable which also helps with RA, arthritis and ulcers. So don't snub your nose at it, its actually good for you!

When you push and push for your work outs and maintain your calories, usually at the low end, and the weight loss stalls...what then? Eat more! One or two days a week, not consecutive, go over the calories for the day.
