Play jump rope, use the hula hoop, and ride a bike again.
If the grandchildren aren't around, play with the neighbors or challenge one of your friends to join you and see who can beat the top score. Practice on your own to prepare for challenging others so you can win easier too.

At least twice a month (weekly is better) act your shoe size!
Acting like a kid, laughing at all the things kids laugh at, not worrying about what you can't control, doing something just because it's fun, watching a kid's movie and thinking like your inner child, all contribute to making life less stressful.
If you have a problem remembering to act a little silly, plan for it and put it on your calendar. You'll soon find yourself looking forward to "being a kid again".

..& get on the bike. Take kids from home to daycare by bike. When little on a chair on your bike when older let them bike along! From daycare to work 10-30 minutes! Take stairs when possible & ofcourse pick your kids up again! :) Exercise incorporated in your day! No kids? Still you can bike! :)
