Whenever I get the urge to snack on something or am about to sit down to a meal where I have the option of eating something I'm not supposed to, I go window shopping online to look at all the cute clothes I will be able to buy if I choose to make the right choices. This works anywhere nowadays, because even away from the computer I can still look it up on my phone.

That's an idea! I should find an outfit I really want and keep a picture of it in my purse for times like this when I really crave a coke while I'm at school or when I'm out with my friend's and we go out to eat.

That's how I started my first mission to diet, I bought this dressed I really loved and it didn't fit, I put it away for the longest time. But now i put it up in clear view in my room so every morning I wake up, i remember that I want to fit in it one day(: I'm definitely going to use this tip ! Thank you for sharing.

Walk in place while brushing teeth
I find it's the little things that help keep me motivated. While I brush my teeth, I briskly walk (keeping my feet on the floor, just moving my legs) in place. 2 minutes both morning and night. Gets my blood pumping in the morning, and helps me burn a few calories before bed. Sometimes I do the same in the shower.
I am currently spending one day on the weekend planning the full week ahead for meals. I record this on my Spark Daily Nutrition so that each day it has already been done for me. When I open up my Spark for the day, not only is my menu there so it takes out the guess work but my points are recorded. It's one less thing to do on an already tight time budget.
