Whenever I get the urge to snack on something or am about to sit down to a meal where I have the option of eating something I'm not supposed to, I go window shopping online to look at all the cute clothes I will be able to buy if I choose to make the right choices. I find it's the little things that help keep me motivated. While I brush my teeth, I briskly walk (keeping my feet on the floor, just moving my legs) in place. 2 minutes both morning and night. Gets my blood pumping in the morning, and helps me burn a few calories before bed. Sometimes I do the same in the shower.
I am currently spending one day on the weekend planning the full week ahead for meals. I record this on my Spark Daily Nutrition so that each day it has already been done for me.
