What about Stevia? It is natural and very sweet. I use it in all my cooking and my blood sugar is perfect. I have lost over 100 lbs and intend to get even more off. I use 1/4C nuts to stop my cravings.

I am gonna switch from splenda to stevia, if I need a lil in my coffee, I stopped drinking diet soda, and I like the flavored 0 calorie 0 sweetner in seltzer, I heard about that the diet soda gives you the taste of sugar, but there's something to do also with the cabonazation?
