wHEN i AM GOING TO SNEAK IN LITTLE "EXTRA" EXERCISES INTO MY DAY i SET THE TIMER ON MY MICROWAVE FOR 15MINS. AND PEDDLE AWAY.WHILE WATCHING SOME TV....THE TIMER GOES OFF i HAVE 15 MINS. MORE ACCOMPLISHED WITHOUT EVEN REALIZING IT! YES!!!!
