I got the Wii game Just dance for my family for Easter. We have had so much fun dancing and challenging each other to see who can get the highest points. It is a great cardio workout and we send time together!

As I drive to and from work I dance to the music on the radio. It started with sucking in my stomach and stretching my back and has advanced to swaying, twisting and contracting my butt. The 45 minute drive doesn't seem so long, my back no longer hurts when I drive and I am wearing a smaller size pant.
One of the Spark aricles call this "car dancing" I am referring o it as "butt dancing".
Trick yourself into exercising by using the Wii or similar device. Get moving for a small amount of time and then build up to 60 plus minutes. Soon you will enjoy exercise and want to try other things.
