Moderating Salad Dressing

Getting salad dressing on the side is a no brainer when trying to eat better, but often the containers they bring out contain more dressing than they would have put on the salad in the first place! Dip your fork into your dressing before getting a bit of salad. That way every bite has a bit of dressing, but you save lots of calories. I can generally eat an entire dinner salad with 1 tsbp (or less) of dressing this way.
