Large Boiled Egg Whites-5 grams of protein each, Liquid Whey Protein-42 grams of protein each (can be found in the GNC store), Atkins shakes-15 grams each....I usually do either of these and they dont contain alot of carbs....

High protein breakfast
I've noticed that when I eat high protein breakfasts, I eat better for the rest of the day and rarely get hungry between meals.
MORE INFORMATION:
If I eat processed carbs (cereal, muffins, etc), not only am I hungry again in a couple hours, but it starts a cycle of grazing on bad carbs and sugar which can last all day and result in too many calories consumed. Instead: have an apple and scramble an egg w/ cottage cheese.
If you are like me and don't eat breakfast, a protein smoothie can be very helpful.

I combine 1 c. milk, 2 yogurt, 3/4 frozen berries, 3 ice cubes, protein powder and flax seed. Combined, my smoothie gives me 600 calories and 56 grams of protein. Smoothies can be adjusted for your calorie needs.
