    I agree that even if you try to do a little everyday that you should be proud of your self a little everyday is a lot better then nothing every day ! Starting out slow is OKAY!! At least we all made the 1st step of joining sparks, i am so motivated by all the sparks people and there helpful comments that i find my self doing a lot more exercising and i am also trying to eat a lot more healthier , emoticon
