Curves offered a free Weight Management Class which I "skeptically" attended. My Curves has since closed, I have continued the plan (slightly modified) and have lost 60 lbs. since May.
This plan changed my whole way of eating. I eat more and healthier. You eat 3 meals and 2 snacks.
There are 2 plans offered in their book. We followed the low carb, high protein plan.
I also joined a different gym after they closed and continue to keep a food journal.
