The other day I was in the library (I go there a lot for books, movies, and free WiFi), and I realized--Hey, they have workout DVDs I can check out for free here! So, I checked out "Bollywood Burn" and went home and tried it. It was fun and free! I know I'm not the only one who craves variety, and utilizing your local library is a great way to keep your workout fresh and exciting for free! I can't wait to try more!

Instead of buying books or paying rental fees for DVD's, check out your local library! If you haven't been to a library in a while, you'll be surprised by how much they offer now!! Library financial support is dependent at least in part on circulation levels, so the more you borrow from your library, the better your library can serve you in the future!
My library offers fantastic online services -- check to see if yours does, too!
I am so glad to be back on line to Spark people. My laptop was being repaired and it took 13 days. I just didn't have the energy to go to the library like last time. I missed my time on Spark people and visiting my friends. Now I have to get caught up with everything. Have a good healthy, happy week. Joyce
One of the best ways to save money is to make use of your local public library. Our library not only has books and magazines, but classic and current movies on DVD or VHS. Library cards are free when you present a driver's license or other form of ID. The library is certainly a great resource for saving money. Blessings, Meg
