I know it isnt easy for all of us to cut out 97% of daily foods, but if you can get the right mind set having a strict diet works. Water weight or not in one day I lost 2.2lbs, and feel great. With the right foods you can do it I am on a strict fruit and veggie diet (only green tea and water), once a day i eat a few peices of yummy fresh deli cut mean only turkey or chicken...all the fuirts and veggies are negative calories and/or boost your metabilism,, im excited for my two week mark in 12days

In order to avoid hitting a plateau I would be on a very strict diet for about 3 weeks and then on a Saturday or Sunday would eat things such as pizza, wings and beer. I would be reckless with my calories but the very next day go back to my strict regimen. I would do this repeatedly in 2 1/2 to 3 week cycles!249
