Did you know that besides calories, carbs, fats and protein your Nutrition tracker can track almost ANY vitamin and mineral you consume? And when you are done tracking for the day your Nutrition Feedback Report will contain the info about these vitamins and whether you had enough of them or not!!
Go do 'My nutrition', click 'Change nutrition goals' and add the vitamins you want to track (I added almost all), the site will automatically give you the recommended daily amount you need
Keeping track of the stark streaks is a good idea. After you get a streak of a week or more, you don't want to start all over so you keep making the goal. After a streak for 2 months change the goal. It now has become part of you, it is so easy to do. If bad habit returns put it back in your goals.
Today it hit me -- even if I never lose another pound, I would like to continue to eat healthy and exercise every day. Changing the goal takes a lot of pressure off. And if my goal is only to be consistent in doing the right things, I've already had success.
