Did you know that the diet for the Biggest Loser progran is based on high lean protein, whole natural foods. because whole foods do not contain added sugar, sweeteners, added fats or oils. They must measure everything for ortion control. 4 fruits or veggies a day, 3 servings of lean protein like pork loin, chicken, turkey, fish, 1 serving of oil like olive oil, avocado, or nuts. 2 grains per day and exercise.
