Doing regular, mild forms of exercise helps you respect your body no matter what your size by making you aware of its wonderful construction. It is a good feeling to appreciate the skin you're in instead of focusing on size, something I hadn't done for wwwaaayyy too long.

Skin this is something I look at everyday. My problem is celluite. Its all over my butt, thighs, and stomach. I am hoping working out and eating properly will hlep. My problem is getting enough calories, I know I'm overweight and flabby. I hate looking in the mirror right now at my body without clothes on. I am really hoping and counting on becoming toned. Sometimes I think I can't do it, then I read what others write, and I feel relieved to know I am not alone in my struggle. Sometimes when it hurts to do the workouts it's difficult, and with fibermialga we all hurt more that usual sometimes, but the good new for me is that I can rest a little better at night since I started walking. Of course I have to walk slowly to keep my nurves from going crazy and getting that feeling like electricity is shooting through my legs, but it is actually getting better. I love the encouragement you offer me and I hope this encourages you.
