Document your whole journey in pictures. Put a picture of your current/formal self on the fridge so you look at it everytime you open it. Everyweek take a new side/front picture and watch the weight come off in pictures! Its great motivation!

Take a front, side & back picture once a week. Try & stay in the same pose & place but change your clothes around! Name each photo with week & weight.
Save pictures in a folder on your desktop, upload to Spark People or you can even use a picture editor to combine all three pictures side by side & set the current picture as your profile picture on Spark People or set as desktop wallpaper!
The pictures allow you to see your progress in toning & weight loss instead of relying on the scale!

gently separate the pictures from each other. You can simply hang them on a line with a couple of clips at the top. If dealing with a large picture, placing a number of clips at the bottom will prevent the picture from curling during the drying process. Your precious memories can be saved!.
