After Gastric bypass, I had to figure out ways to get protein other than meat, being I really don't like meat. LOL I have tried so many protein powders, its not even funny! Most I can handle, but don't love, this one I LOVE! With only 130 calories, 2 grams of fat, 8 carbs, 3 fiber, only 2 grams of sugar, and 20 grams of protein, its a wonderful way to get that extra protein boost so many need. I love how little sugar it has, and the taste is very good.
Usually I have to add some splenda to my protein shakes, This one was perfect the way it was. I saw this at Sam's Club, and decided to try it to get the free shaker, I am so glad I did! It's a great price too at Sam's Club :) 2 thumbs up.

When I'm craving something sweet and cold, I go for about 1/2c of organic frozen dark cherries, put them in a bowl with about a 1/4c of almond milk (or skim or soy or yogurt even) and eat them up! The milk semi freezes the cherries and it's almost like Cherry Garcia ice cream.... only really good for you!
Sometimes I'll add a few fresh berries as well, just to amp up the nutrients! yum yum yum!
I am not a breakfast person, but am starving by lunchtime. So I wake up and drink my 2 cups of coffee. To keep my appetite under control until lunch, I make a GNC whey protein shake. It has 100 calories and obviously a good amount of protein (that I would otherwise miss). 224
