Getting Your Most Accurate Weight

To get your most accurate weight weigh yourself first thing in the morning AFTER you use the bathroom BEFORE you eat or drink anything. Stand with your weight evenly distributed and (for digital scales) look straight ahead while the scale weighs you, NOT DOWN AT THE NUMBERS. this can skew things a little. I learned this method after surgery when they had to monitor my weight, so I'm pretty sure it's correct.
