Thin mints have always been a snare for me. You cannot eat just one.

I love girl scout cookies. Back in my psp days (pre-sparkpeople) i could eat a whole box. I don't want to give them up all together, plus the money goes to a good cause. So, when I got my boxes I sectioned all of the cookies out into baggies based on the serving size and put them in my snack basket in the cupboard. I can still eat them, just one serving at a time :)
Seriously just eat a salad right away. It will help you digest and feel more virtuous too. What's that, you ate raw choc chip cookie dough? Eat a salad. You ate a Big Mac? Eat a salad. You ate the rest of the Girl Scout cookies? Say it with me now, "eat a salad!" 306
