Some might say yuck, but have never tried it. Canned Chicken is low in calories & packed with protein. It is low in fat and has B vitamins. Stir-fry with onions, garlic, chili powder, some spinach or chinese greens. Serve over Brown rice, steamed brocolli, and a squeeze of lime. Or mix a little mayo with the chicken & some bacon bits, chill and have a sandwich with lettuce. The bacon bits provide crunch to the sandwich. Good to keep on hand. Try it you might like it!
