Eat Fiber To Feel Fuller For Longer

I find if I add Fiber in the form of Oatmeal to smoothies and yogurts it will keep me fuller for longer and I am less likely to snack in between meals. It also helps reduce chlorestrol and provides some essential fats.

    I add uncooked oat bran and old fashioned oats. Fast and easy and tons of good for you!

    Pea protein also helps, it keeps you full for an extra 4 hours.. I take Aim's Propeas and Fit n Fiber to have a natural whole food supplement meal replacement.....yummmm.....i

vanilla and peach flavored...VERY healthy along with my BarleyLife Xtra, that has 18 different fruits and veggies in it every morning..
