If you like to check out the new movies in the theater but worry about snacking try bringing your own popcorn. This way you still have control over your snacking ,you know the cal count and that it's not drenched in salt and butter.But don't stop there i like to pack fruits; strawberries or grapes. i love cucumbers so i slice one up to take along. Keep varity so don't fell deprived if your with your friends.

MORE INFORMATION:
Have something sweet something salty or whatever. Add it to your food tracker so that you know your not going over your daily allowance and you're good to go. Hope this helps someone.
