One thing that has really helped me stay on track is allowing myself to keep one or two things that I really like in their full-calorie versions. (I refuse to give up regular mayo!) This keeps me from feeling deprived, so I'm more willing to give up other things.

  • I do that with ranch dressing, I can't stand the fat free ranch dressings, so I just use half the serving size on the bottle and add water to thin it down, it works for me! emoticon - by LDELANO
  • I refuse to give up regular mayo too. I bought the reduced calorie & it was gross. I just try not to eat mayo foods often. - by PURPLEPEONY
  • Ha! I do the same with my ranch. but I use lemon juice or salsa instead of water!
