Having difficulty eating your fruits and veggies? Eat them at the start of your meal, when you're really hungry. They'll taste better if you're hungry than if your stomach is already full, and you won't have to make up excuses for not eating them. Works for me everytime, and in fact, this made me realize that most fruits and veggies taste in fact extremely good and are very refreshing! I'm no longer struggling to eat them, I just eat them first!

For me healthy eating is mostly about portion control, increasing my veggies and fruits, and decreasing my carb and fat intake. But how to do? I plate my veggies and fruits first, I know that my veggies and fruit should take up more than half of my plate so I make sure they do, then I can plate a smaller portion of protein and carbs. 41 I also make sure that I start with my fruits & veggies first, this way I get my servings in for the day and my full meter rings at the carbs & protein!!
MORE INFORMATION:
I tack a yogurt onto the beginning of one meal to improve my digestion for the day and either start the day or end the day well. Also, before the meal that I tend to over- eat in I gulp a glass of water about 10-15 minutes before hand to "fill me up" before hand as a physical reminder.. 15
