I set reminders on my phone to go of near the times i start craving my sugary snacks , half way threw a workout,and other random times that i don't even remember. I say something " step away from the candy bar and onto the treadmill" "You are so beautiful" "come on you can do this ,no one can get or stand in your way if your constantly moving" or i have a song to play at a certain time. It helps me to stay motivated.
I set my computer's screen to display my goals ,accomplishments so far ,and how much more i need to get there. I do this for several things not just my diet and exercise. Today i woke up to "Christina Aguilar's ,you are beautiful" I smiled a little bigger because of it.
