I have a sedentary job, so to compensate, I make sure to do something physical every two hours. On my morning break, I walk around the parking lot. At lunch, I take a walk around the mall. And on my afternoon break, I will walk up and down the steps for 5 to 10 minutes.
Not only does it do my body good, but having something to look forward to makes the day go by faster.
