Whenever i'm getting off track or even when i'm feeling a little bored I look over my old blogs. Almost all of them give me a more positive perspective or solutions to what I want to tweak or change. If so, take a look at your fitness settings and determine if you need to change things up! I tweaked my fitness information to show that I consistently burn 2200 calories each week - my nutrition guidelines changed and I received more calories, carbs, fat and protein each day .... Writing and tweaking suggested meal plans and then writing my grocery list only for those items. By sticking to the plan it helps by not wasting as much food. If a leftover has not been eaten in 3 days it gets labeled frozen and put on the "list" of quick thaw leftovers.
