Cilantro has anti-oxidants & fiber. It aids in digestion & can soothe inflammation. It may even help help prevent urinary tract and fungal infections. A good source of magnesium and vitamin C. Add to soups, pasta dishes, even fish or chicken or enhance the flavor of meat dishes & Steamed Veggies. EVEN ADD THEM TO TACOS!

    I like to make omelettes topped with fresh salsa. From now on I am going to add a generous portion of cilantro starting this very morning. Great tip!
