When I first got started, I thought I could figure things out pretty easily. HaHa on me. I got stuck on things like entering my food on the tracker chart. I finally gave in and watched the instructional video and was surprised to find how easy it was after I knew how! I've always said to my husband, "Read the instructions!" I should listen to my own advise!

Be careful when exercising during the middle of the day. Know the symptoms and signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke and take precautions. Aim to exercise early (first thing) before it gets hot or wait until evening when the temperatures have cooled down. Or plan an alternative activity indoors or in a pool.
