When you weigh yourself, stand in the center of the scale & do not to shift your weight to either foot. Your scale should be on a flat surface and never moved. Always weigh yourself at the same time everyday & weigh in on an empty stomach. Best time is right before your shower. Log your progress daily or weekly.

    I do weigh myself everyday and it does help although there are days when I wish I hadn't lol.
