To get the most out of Sparkpeople every day and make it a game and a competition with yourself, try to get at least 100 sparkpoints a day. This usually means doing all or almost all of the things needed to get SparkPoints and will have you interacting in every part of the site. It will also give you quick links to all the areas of the site! This works for me!

  • Even before the change to using the new 5 bonus spins and spinning the bonus wheel after you get 25 points, I never found it difficult to get to 100 points daily. Now its even easier to do it. Even if you only have say 30 minutes daily to work your program goals it can be done! emoticon emoticon - by MYAKAYAH

  • 100 takes too much time. It is hard enough fitting in a good work out. Messing around on this site is what I do to postpone a work out. I do put in time on the site..... but 100 points is a whole lot - by SARAHGRAYMATTER
