Since joining SP I always make a big deal out of everything I eat. If I'm having a snack (every day at 11 and 3) I put it on a plate. Stop reading email. Make sure I'm sitting tall and straight and enjoy. I get some me time and no one at work has ever claimed that I'm too slow getting back to them.
Best snack is 7 low fat triscuits, 1 mini lite babybel cheese and 40 blueberries. I also like the Del Monte 4 oz 50 calories canned peaches. I really stock my office fridge with snacks so I don't munch on machine chips or candy anymore.
