Melt 6oz dark chocolate in micro. Add 1 cup Brown Rice Cereal and 1 cup of any combination of dried fruit and nuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto wax paper and cool. One is usually enough to satisfy and give a nice boost.
I like to replicate favorite flavors such as dried cherries and almonds, raisins and walnuts, etc. Blueberries, coconut and peanuts are fine alone.
