I have always found it easier to lose weight when I make the healthy option easier than the unhealthy. Everybody wants a quick meal so they turn to drive-through and microwavable dinners/lunches. I found the easiest way for me to lose weight is prepare healthy foods once a week and put them in front of the refrigerator. Whenever I am in a hurry looking for a bite to eat, I have healthy meals and snacks faster than I would have something filled with fat!
