I find that Keeping Busy helps me to NOT Munch thru the day. I plan my day and write it down on a list. From laundry, to canning, Sparking, meals and menu, when to drink my water, when to exercise, budgeting my money, go for a walk, reading, whatever !!!!
Not much time to think about extra food is the Key.

    I agree with you about writing down your plans for the day. I am glad I am not the only one who gets very specific in my planning. I am working on finding something to do with my hands in the evening/night.

    I too found that keeping busy keeps me from snacking, especially in the evening. I found that my renewed interest in crocheting keeps my hands busy and my mind of what I could be snacking on.
