Post-Workout Meals And Multivitamins




My job forces me to exercise every morning, so it's not really an option ...but what I used to do was come home after and skip both breakfast as well as lunch then gorge from the time I got home at night until I went to bed. I now come straight home and begin prepping my breakfast [usually a 1/2 cup of oatmeal or a piece of fruit with some groovy peanut butter]. After I have a sufficient amount of food to support the pills, I take my "One a Day -Active" multivitamin plus a B-complex.

After that, I get ready and by the time I'm done I'm usually feeling pretty jazzy so I grab a few pieces of fruit to keep me going throughout the day [yes, fruit eaten every 2 hours or so is more than enough to keep me going ...and my job is very physically demanding]. -This stabilizes my appetite.
